Manistee Design LLC operates JetReg. This policy explains how we handle personal information when organizations evaluate, purchase, administer, or use JetReg. JetReg is under construction and is not accepting live customer event data or activating products at this time.

Our role

Manistee Design LLC is the data controller for website inquiries, account administration, billing, security, and support records. A customer organization normally controls the attendee and event data it places in JetReg, and Manistee Design LLC processes that data on the customer's documented instructions. Some activities, including service security and legal recordkeeping, are performed for our own legitimate and legal purposes.

Information we collect

We may collect account and contact information, organization and billing details, service configuration, event and attendee information supplied by customers, support communications, security and audit records, device and browser information needed to operate the service, and service usage records. Event data can include names, contact details, mailing information, registration choices, attendance, check-in activity, and customer-entered notes.

How we use information

We use information to perform contracts and requested pre-contract steps, provide and secure JetReg, authenticate users, process customer-directed event operations, deliver invitations and service messages, administer subscriptions, provide support, prevent abuse, maintain audit records, and comply with legal obligations. Where applicable, we rely on consent for optional processing that legally requires it. We do not use JetReg data for automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects.

Customer event data

Customer organizations control the attendee and event data they place in JetReg. We process that data to provide the service and according to the customer's instructions, configured retention, and applicable law. Customers are responsible for providing required notices and establishing an appropriate legal basis. Dietary, accessibility, notes, and warning fields may contain sensitive information and must not be used unless the customer has an appropriate basis and written processing arrangement.

Service providers

We use infrastructure, email, payment, backup, and monitoring providers to operate JetReg. Current payment and transactional-email providers include Stripe and Resend. Payment card information is collected and processed by Stripe through Stripe-hosted payment pages; JetReg does not store full card numbers. Provider access is limited to the information needed for its service.

International transfers

JetReg is operated by a United States company and currently uses United States infrastructure and service providers. If information is transferred from the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or Switzerland, the responsible parties must use an approved transfer mechanism and any required supplementary safeguards. Transfer details and applicable safeguards will be finalized before JetReg accepts live customer data from those locations.

Retention and security

We retain information only for the period needed to provide the service, satisfy contractual and legal duties, resolve disputes, and maintain proportionate security and audit records. JetReg's intended post-expiration period is 90 days of export-only access before deletion is scheduled, subject to legal holds and documented backup expiry. Final record-specific schedules will be approved and published before live customer data is accepted. We use access controls, encryption in transit, restricted service networks, backups, and audit logging appropriate to the nature of the information.

If the GDPR applies, you may have rights to be informed, access personal data, correct inaccurate data, request erasure, restrict processing, receive portable data, object to certain processing, withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing, and avoid solely automated significant decisions. You may also complain to the supervisory authority where you live, work, or believe an infringement occurred.

Organization users and attendees should first contact the customer organization that collected their event data. JetReg will assist that organization with verified requests. For data Manistee Design LLC controls directly, contact us using the details below. We may need to verify identity and may retain information where law permits or requires it.

Cookies and similar technology

The public site does not currently use advertising cookies or behavioral analytics. The authenticated service may use strictly necessary browser storage and identity-provider cookies for security, sign-in, and session continuity. We will update this notice and request consent where required before introducing optional analytics or marketing technology.

Changes

We will update this page when processing, providers, or legal requirements materially change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
